I am a passionate body worker/ Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga instructor fascinated by the body’s constant strive for balance.

Attending Port Townsend School of Massage http://www.massageeducation.com/ In 2011, my training included a variety of modalities and treatments for the body such as, but not limited to, Swedish and deep tissue massages, clinical treatments and eastern medicines including cupping therapy as well as spa treatments. Most importantly, the study of the movement of the body, or, kinesiology, was the core of my education. Since then, I have taken several continuing education and certification training in Crano-sacral, Myofascial Release, head ache treatment, scoliosis treatments, Prenatal massage, hot stone and nerve compression syndromes, to name a few. I am constantly looking to further educate myself as there is so much to learn about the human body and its connection to our mind and spirit.

I love what I do and believe it shows in my work. I take time to listen to your body to discover its needs.
I’m here to bring your attention and presence back into your own bodies. I’ll teach you how to listen to its needs and will make adjustments where necessary.

In 2021 I completed a Yoga Teacher Training program at Gilbert Yoga in Gilbert, AZ. I now integrate this wonderful therapy into my body work practice, fully bringing together Mind, Body, and Breath.

Since the start of my career, I knew massage was only one small part. Massage is a fantastic way to facilitate the bodies own ability to heal as well as encourage the bodies natural systems to function. But I knew it couldn’t end there. I needed to Build a Collective of wellness practitioners and bodyworkers as a trustworthy resource for people to heal- naturally. Three Point is a result of this dream and I couldn’t be more proud and excited to be bringing this dream to fruition. Thank you for being on this journey with Three Point and supporting this endeavor to greater wellness.

Let’s turn your wellness into GREATNESS!

Why should it surprise us that we can tap into the body’s own inner wisdom to facilitate a positive response through the use of our hands and an innate desire to help? In my mind, this is health as it was meant to be— a natural collaboration between two human beings on a multitude of different levels, all simply allowing the body to do what it was born to do.
